• High School Faith Formation & Confirmation Registration

    Welcome to High School Faith Formation online registration for St. Anne's in Pleasant Prairie, WI! Our Catechist team is committed to inspiring and strengthening your teen in the faith, preparing them to live out the Great Commission: “Go and make disciples of all nations” (Matthew 28:19)—starting now in their homes, schools, and eventually, in college, the workforce and beyond! We're so pleased to partner with you in this mission! This form serves families with teens in high school (9th-12th grade). An elementary (Grades K-5) and middle school Faith Formation registration form is available on our St. Anne website. At this time, a separate registration submission is needed for each student. Please allow yourself up to 10 minutes for this process, and have your credit card ready before you begin. Those with extreme financial difficulty may call the parish office before continuing. We'll share the fiscal responsibility with those in need. Classes cost $250 to cover materials, service projects, annual retreat fees, heat and air conditioning, etc. Registration closes on August 24, 2026. Thank you for registering early! High School classes takes place the first and third Sunday or Wednesday of each month from September 16 through April 25. (*Please note some irregularities in Class Calendar due to Holy Days and Spring Break schedules). Classes are offered on Wednesday nights from 7-8:30 pm or Sunday mornings from 7:30-9 am. If you are a Junior being confirmed on May 23, 2027, your last class will be May 19. All parents of Faith Formation students will be required to attend the three scheduled Parent Formation sessions by Fr. Bob (Please see the Class Calendar under the "Faith Formation" section on the St. Anne website for exact Parent Formation dates).

    I consent to the participation of my child/ward in Saint Anne Parish Youth Confirmation Program. In consideration for my child/ward’s participation, I agree to reimburse and indemnify Saint Anne Parish (understood to include the Archdiocese of Milwaukee) for any reasonable court/legal fees incurred by the parish in defending a lawsuit that I or my child/ward may bring against the parish which relates to the above activity if the parish is found not legally liable by the courts and prevails in the lawsuit.   • Annual Retreat Participation: The Church has long acknowledged the immense spiritual, emotional, and psychological benefits of the faithful participating in an annual retreat. With that in mind, we require all of our high school youth (freshmen, sophomores, and juniors) to participate in our annual overnight retreat which will be held on November 7-8, 2026 at Holy Hill in Hubertus, WI. Additional details are forthcoming.
