Middle School Faith Formation Registration-NOW ON WEDNESDAY NIGHTS from 5:30-6:30 PM!
Welcome to Middle School Faith Formation online registration for St. Anne's in Pleasant Prairie, WI! We're so pleased to partner with you in your responsibility to raise your child(ren) in our Catholic Faith! This form serves families with children in middle school (6th - 8th grade). An Elementary (Kindergarten-5th grade) & High School Faith Formation registration form is also available on our St. Anne website. At this time, a separate registrations submission is needed for each child. Please allow yourself up to 10 minutes for this process, and have your credit card ready before you begin. Those with extreme financial difficulty may call the parish office before continuing. We'll share the fiscal responsibility with those in need. Classes cost $140 to cover materials, service projects, heat and air conditioning, etc. Thank you for your regular stewardship gifts in addition to paying for these services. Registration closes on August 24, 2026. Thank you for registering early! Middle School Faith Formation classes take place the first three Wednesdays of each month, 5:30-6:30 pm, from September 27 through April 25 (*Please note some irregularities in Class Calendar due to Holy Days and Spring Break schedules). All parents of Faith Formation students will be required to attend the three scheduled Parent Formation sessions by Fr. Bob. (Please see the Class Calendar under the "Faith Formation" section on the St. Anne website for exact Parent Formation and class dates).

Called to Catechize
At this time, we have a need for catechists to teach various grade levels. No teaching experience is required or necessary, only an openness to sharing your unique gifts, the love of Christ, and His teachings with the youth of our parish! You will receive all of the training, guidance, and materials needed to facilitate a successful year of formation classes. Catechists receive 50% off of their children's Faith Formation fees; aides receive 25% off of their children's Faith Formation fees. Please take a moment to indicate your interest in teaching Faith Formation next year.
