Community House Cross Country Club
The Middle School Cross Country Club during the summer will focus on building endurance, improving running techniques, and fostering team camaraderie. The club will meet two days a week—Tuesdays and Thursdays—starting July 7th, with sessions scheduled for either morning and/or afternoon. Participants will engage in activities tailored to different fitness levels to gradually increase stamina. The program may include trail runs, speed drills, and strength exercises to enhance overall fitness. Additionally, there will be fun team-building activities to promote a positive and supportive team environment. This summer program aims to prepare students physically and mentally for the upcoming cross-country season while encouraging a love of running and teamwork.
What to Expect Cross Country Club:

*Please note that practices may be canceled throughout the duration of the season if fewer than 5 students RSVP for that day's session. We encourage all participants to confirm their attendance in advance to help us plan accordingly.
