If New York College of Health Professions cancels a course or otherwise does not deliver it, the College will not retain the course charge. Registrants may choose either a full refund to the original payment method or an equal credit on their NYCHP account for a future continuing-education course, eligible herbal products, student clinic treatments, or tuition, subject to applicable College policies and availability. Participant-requested cancellations remain subject to the cancellation deadline and fee published for the applicable course.
