You may only hand out information in your booth. Walking down the street with information is prohibited. Use of bull horns, shouting etc. is prohibited. If you violate any of these rules you will receive a warning. If another violation occurs you will be asked to leave the festival.
NOTES TO KNOW: The Rowan County Arts Center staff have the right to decline any entry without explanation. There will be a $40 fee for all returned checks. Payment directly on this application does not require a PayPal account. We are using PayPal as a secure way to accept payments.
