    When editing cohort registrations avoid removing or editing existing fields as many are required for integration with Hubspot. For example:

    • there are intentionally two "State" fields - one populated for U.S. based registrants and another for international registrants. 
    • Church Role and Ministry Areas align with exisitng fields in Hubspot and are standard across several TGC registration forms.
    • The payment widget has been set up to ensure payments are flowing through Stripe correctly.
    • There are several hidden fields that are required for integration with Hubspot. These should not be edited.
    • These are just a few examples so please be careful when editing.
    • Finally, the integrations between Jotform/Hubspot/Google Sheets are carefully configured to ensure proper flow of data between systems.

  • Including People with Disabilities and Their Families in the Church

    Thursdays, October 1 - November 19, 2026 | 1:30 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. ET

  • One in five families in the U.S. has a member with a disability, but that number isn’t represented in our churches each Sunday. To reach them with the gospel and disciple them, our churches can take steps of accessibility and welcoming.  

    In this cohort, we’ll lay a biblical foundation for disability inclusion, learn more about common disabilities and the barriers that keep them from attending church, building ministry environments where kids, students, and adults with disabilities can belong and be discipled, offering support to caregivers and typical siblings, and spreading the word about our ministries so that we reach more people with the gospel. 

    With your registration, you’ll receive:

    • Teaching from Sandra Peoples, Stephanie Hubach, Garett Wall, and Beth Golik.
    • Opportunities to ask questions on various topics 
    • Connection and fellowship with other ministry leaders in an affinity breakout group.
    • 2 books, a PDF workbook, and other recommended resources to help you grow
