OUR MISSION: A portion of all proceeds will be donated to domestic violence awareness organization Bee TrU awareness outreach that supports survivor programs. We are committed to using the power of the arts to educate, elevate, and empower communities.

This note applies to: Queen Bee, King Bee, and Busy Bee Sponsors, please note that you are responsible for bringing your branded roll‑up banner and the display materials for your business table and having this set up between 5:00 -5:30pm CST on October 17, 2026. Mr. Tim Joyce will provide directions.

All print ads must be submitted in high-resolution JPG or PNG format. Digital files due Deadline Date September 1, 2026. Artwork submission instructions will be provided upon confirmation of sponsorship.

Sponsor Agreement:

By submitting this form, the sponsor agrees to the terms outlined in the sponsorship levels and commits to providing the selected sponsorship amount by Payment Deadline of September 30,2026. The organizer reserves the right to allocate benefits based on the sponsorship level and payment received. Not meeting the deadline date means your information will not be published. 

When payment is submitted by credit card below, an invoice will be automatically generated. For payments made through other methods, that system will automatically provide you with proof of payment.
