Volleyball Participation Waiver & Release of Liability

By participating in Sovereign Sports leagues, Flex Nights, clinics, tournaments, or related activities, I acknowledge and understand that participation in volleyball and athletic activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, permanent disability, property damage, or death. 

I voluntarily choose to participate in these activities and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation.

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Sovereign Sport, its organizers, staff, volunteers, sponsors, facility partners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained while participating in Sovereign Sports activities.

I agree to follow all rules, safety guidelines, and facility requirements estblished by Sovereign Sports and participating venues.

I understand that participation may be denied or revoked for unsafe conduct, unsportsmanlike behavior, or failure to follow league or facility expectations.

By signing below, I acknowledge that:

• I have read and understand this waiver and release of liability.
• I voluntarily agree to its terms.
• I am at least 18 years old, or have appropriate parent/guardian consent if applicable.

Electronic signatures shall be considered valid and binding.
