NOTES:
- Booth rental is for space only.
- Booths must be occupied during all event open hours.
- Vendor set up is Friday October 23rd. Starting at 12pm and must be completely set up by 4pm
- Tear down is after 8:00pm on Saturday October 24th.
- Show time 11am-5pm
- Music and after party 5-8pm
- Each vendor can display up to TWO motorcycles in front of their booth
Vendors have the option to set up on Saturday from 8am-10am but pricing will not change.
Food trucks:
you will need to provide your county or city health permit
Your booth is not reserved until payment has been completed.
