Upon booking your consultation, an intake questionnaire will be emailed to you. Please check your inbox, as well as your spam or junk folder, if you do not receive it promptly.
Important:
Your completed intake questionnaire must be submitted at least three (3) days prior to your scheduled consultation.
Failure to submit the completed questionnaire by the deadline may result in the cancellation of your appointment.
If your appointment is canceled due to an incomplete or missing questionnaire, a new appointment will need to be scheduled.
Consultation Policy
Please note that your immigration consultation is non-transferable. The consultation is intended solely for the individual who booked the appointment and may not be transferred, shared, or used by any other person without prior authorization from our office.
