Masters Tour has negotiated special guest rates at the Rio Hotel & Casino for NFR Week. All rates include taxes, resort fees, and parking.

Hotel reservation are available December 2-13, 2026 only.

Room type requests will be honored whenever possible. The Rio Hotel & Casino reserves the right to assign a comparable suite type based on availability at check-in.

The Masters Tour only provides the special rate, all hotel policies do apply.

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Noise disturbances, illegal activities, or disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund. Guests are responsible for any damage to the room or hotel property. Charges for damages will be billed to the credit card on file. By making this reservation, checking the box and signing this agreement, guests agree to abide by this hotel room rental policy.

STALL RESERVATIONS

Stalls are available from December 2nd through December 13th. There is a minimum 2-night stall rental. Stalls are $60 per night and available until sold out. Two(2) day stays are $75 per night. Full payment is due at the time of reservation. Shavings are available for pre-purchase on this form for $10 per bag or onsite for $12 per bag. All Stall reservations will include a one time $25 reservation fee.

Horse stall reservations require a minimum stay of two (2) nights. Please adjust your departure date before continuing. For stays of two (2) nights, you will be charged $75 per stall per night. Stall reservations for three (3) or more nights are $60 per night.

HORSE STALL AGREEMENT

COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF LIABILITY

As a Contestant or Horse Owner who is renting a horse to a Contestant, I have read and voluntarily agree that at my option, I am renting a horse stall during The Masters Week events and at its stalling location.

Horse Owner and/or Contestant Agrees: That s/he has a current Health Certificate, negative coggins test, and brand inspection if required from his/her state.
The Owner/ Contestant shall retain sole care, custody, control, supervision, feeding, watering, medical treatment, handling, transportation, and responsibility for their horse(s) at all times while on the premises. The Released Parties do not undertake any duty to monitor, supervise, care for, protect, feed, water, medicate, exercise, secure, or otherwise attend to any horse. The Owner/Contestant is solely responsible for ensuring the health, safety, welfare, and condition of their horse(s).
Horse Owner and/or Contestant Agrees: That she/he assumes all risks, expenses or liabilities associated with stalling his/her horse and the transport, care, loading and unloading his/her horse(s) while in attendance of and on any property associated with The Masters Tour.
Damage to any property associated or connected with The Masters Tour caused by his/her horse will be his/her responsibility and he/she agrees to pay for the actual cost of damage.

Release of Liability: Horse Owner and Contestant (if different) hereby voluntarily releases and forever discharges The Masters Tour LLC, Zamora Roping Productions, Group W Productions, The Rio Hotel & Casino, associated facilities, all sponsors, agents, servants, employees, and representatives, workers and volunteers from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, or rights of action, which are related to, rise out of, or are in any way connected with the stalling of his/her horse whether owned or borrowed. Horse Owner and or Contestant further agrees, promises and covenants not to sue, assert or otherwise maintain or assert any claims against its agents or employees, for any injury, death, disease, or damage to the aforementioned horse(s) arising from or in connection with the said horse(s) or from any claims asserted by other third parties regardless of who is at fault.

Entire Agreement: Horse Owner and Contestant (if different) understands that this is the entire agreement between Horse Owner and/or Horse Rider (if different), The Masters Tour LLC, Zamora Roping Productions, Group W Productions, The Rio Hotel and Casino, its agents or employees, and the stall manufacturer/facility and transporter and it supersedes and cannot be modified or changed in any way by the representations or statements of any agent or representative.
