Exhibitor Contract

The Upper Pinellas County Dental Association hosts 4 membership meetings, networking and social events throughout the year. We welcome sponsors to join us at these meetings in order to highlight their company and network with our members. Our members love discovering new tools to make their practices successful while streamlining their processes.View our meeting dates and sponsorship levels below.

Meeting Schedule
Cocktail Hour- 6PM | Lecture+Dinner- 7PM

UPCDA All Meeting Sponsor - $2,000

Four (4) General Membership Meetings will be held in October, November, January, and April. This includes one complimentary dinner per meeting with additional dinners available for $50 per reprsentative. Each meeting will include a table and chair for displaying products or services, and one representative will have the opportunity to provide a brief company introduction prior to each lecture, with the exception of the November meeting and all social events.

UPCDA Single Meeting Sponsor - $450

Benefits:
1. Tabletop display for 1 general membership meeting
2. Recognition as an exhibitor in UPCDA e-newsletter prior to meeting.
3. 1-2 minutes of mic time
4. Attendee List after the meeting
5. One company representative may attend your selected meeting(s). Additional representative will be a $50 fee.
UPCDA Social Events - $500
Exhibit at one or all of our social events.
Benefits:
1. Social events are a more relaxed atmosphere where you will be able to socialize with the dentists throughout the entire event. No continuing education course/lecture.
2. Company logo on signage at events.
