Join us for three exciting days of faith, discovery, creativity, and connection at True Vine's Vacation Bible School 2026!

This year’s theme, Overcoming Encounters, will help youth explore how God meets us through Prayer, Praise, and Worship by connecting powerful biblical encounters with real-life faith experiences.

Participants will enjoy engaging lessons, worship experiences, interactive workshops, creative activities, meaningful conversations, and opportunities to grow spiritually while building lasting friendships.

What to Expect

Throughout VBS, youth can look forward to:

• Passport Experience – Travel through Scripture and encounter powerful biblical moments
• Prayer Wall & Journaling – Opportunities for reflection, prayer, and personal growth
• Praise & Worship Experiences – Interactive worship and movement activities
• Hands-On Workshops – Including STEM, arts & crafts, life skills, and age-appropriate enrichment sessions
• Games & Fellowship – Fun, connection, and community-building
• Final Day Celebration – Outdoor Field Day/Park Day experience (weather and logistics permitting)

MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION

I authorize True Vine Community COGIC representatives to obtain emergency medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached immediately.

LIABILITY WAIVER & PARENT AUTHORIZATION

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree:

1. I authorize my child to attend and participate in True Vine Community COGIC Vacation Bible School 2026.

2. I understand participation includes classroom instruction, workshops, recreation, worship activities, meals, and supervised outdoor experiences.

3. I acknowledge that reasonable safety precautions will be taken by church staff, volunteers, and ministry leaders.

4. I certify all information provided is accurate and that my child is physically able to participate.

5. I voluntarily assume ordinary risks associated with participation and release and hold harmless True Vine Community COGIC, its employees, volunteers, ministry leaders, and representatives from liability for injuries, illness, property loss, or damages arising from participation except where prohibited by law.

6. I understand behavioral expectations apply throughout VBS and that parent pickup may be required for repeated unsafe or disruptive conduct.

7. I understand meal and activity details may be adjusted as needed for operations and safety.
