I have read and understand the Exhibitor Agreement (see email attachment or Holiday Bazaar website), including the Liability Limitations, and agree to abide. REGISTRATION Please select one type of booth location for registration: Standard OR Premium location. Then decide if you would like a Single size (approx. 10' wide x 3' - 5' deep) booth OR Double size (approx. 20' wide x 3' - 5' deep) booth. Depth will depend on location. After selecting your booth type, please indicate if you need to rent a table, access to electricity or to add a social media "shout out" marketing message for your business. REGISTRATION IS NOT REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON.

'Standard Location' Single Booth or Double Booth

If you would like a Standard Single Booth, your Quantity = 1 and cost is $100. If For a Double Booth, please select Quantity = 2 and note your cost will be $200.

'Premium Location' Single Booth or Double Booth

Premium location booths are the same size as standard booths but are centrally located in the front of the Bazaar. If you would like a Premium Single Booth, your quantity = 1 and your cost will be $200. For a Double Premium Booth please select Quantity = 2 and note your cost will be $400. There are a 24 premium booths available. First come, first served! When all premium booths are full, the form will not allow you to register for that type of booth. Premium single booths will get 1 shout out on social media and 2 shout outs for premium double booths.

Access to a standard wall outlet. Limited availability. First come basis. Number available depends on floorplan. If we are unable to accommodate, we will notify you and refund charge. You will need your own extension cord.
