Return & Replacement Policy
Each night light is custom-made using my approved image and once payment is received. I AGREE, all accepted sales and payments are FINAL, and my, "Our Love Lights Representative" DOES NOT ACCEPT cancellations, returns, exchanges, NOR refunds once this payment is initiated and received using the, "Submit" button (above) NOR once this order is completed.
Damaged Items
If my order arrives damaged: I MUST contact my, "Our Love Lights Representative" within 7 days of delivery via email or text and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once verified, a replacement of my order will be sent at no additional cost.
Lost Shipments
If my order is lost in transit: I MUST contact my, "Our Love Lights Representative" -Once the shipment has been confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
No Physical Returns Required
Due to the custom nature of the product, damaged or defective items do not require to be returned. In most cases, photographic evidence sent in the, "Contact Process" will be sufficient to process a replacement.
Custom Order Policy
All night lights are produced specifically for each customer using the images and information provided at the time of ordering. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for issues resulting from customer-submitted photos, spelling errors, or other information supplied during the ordering process.
