By checking the box, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the following terms:I understand that my participation in Ikle Runway, including but not limited to model submissions, fittings, rehearsals, photoshoots, promotional appearances, the runway show, and all related activities, is completely voluntary.I accept full responsibility for my personal property and any items I bring to Ikle Runway activities. I understand that I am responsible for the transportation, care, and security of my personal belongings.I understand that participation in Ikle Runway does not guarantee selection as a model. If selected, I agree to attend required fittings, rehearsals, and event activities, and to communicate promptly with the Ikle Runway team regarding my availability.I grant Ikle Runway, Kathryn Iklé, Ikle Creative Designs, and Gallery De-Fi permission to photograph, film, and record my likeness during Ikle Runway activities and to use these images, videos, and recordings for the purpose of promoting the Ikle Runway event, participating designers, future events, and related marketing materials, including social media, websites, press, and promotional campaigns, without additional compensation.I hereby release, waive, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Kathryn Iklé, Ikle Creative Designs, Gallery De-Fi, and their respective owners, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, agents, representatives, sponsors, partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from or related to my participation in Ikle Runway, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property loss, theft, or damage, except where prohibited by applicable law.I agree to follow all event guidelines, deadlines, dress requirements, backstage expectations, and instructions provided by the Ikle Runway team. I understand that failure to comply with these requirements may result in my removal from the event or cancellation of my participation.
