Tournament Requirements:

ALL players must be graduated from high school to particiapte!
- Each team must consist of a minimum of 3 players and a maximum of 5 players.
- Each player must pay $20 to enter. Adjust quantity for # of players (ALL player fees must be paid when form is submitted)
- You must have a team of all women OR all men (no mixed teams).
This league is for recreational purposes. Please honor the game and show good sportsmanship at all times. We are here to compete in a FRIENDLY competion!

*Waiver form will need to be signed for each player day of to participate. Form will be provided at the door*
