    2026 CBCF Vendor Registration Form

    2026 Cold Brew Coffee Festival
  • Thanks for your interest in participating as a coffee roaster or coffee shop/cafe at the 2026 Cold Brew Coffee Festival, hosted by the Lexington Farmers' Market in Lexington, KY.

We are happy to announce our return for AUGUST 22, 2026 in downtown Lexington, Kentucky. Over the past seven years of hosting the event, we've seen tremendous growth in vendor and customer participation. As a result, we've worked with our neighbors to add extra space -- we will be utilizing space on Short and Market Streets, and closing an additional block of Short Street to allow more space for vendors.

As in past years, there will be a registration fee depending on business type and size. The festival staff will sell flights of coffee to customers and reimburse vendors for a flat rate per pour/cup (pour amounts will be standardized at 3oz. with cups provided, and coffee vendors will also be permitted to sell other cold brew products and branded merchandise).  For 2026, we have increased the reimbursement rate from $1.25 to $1.40. There will also be an award for winners of each of the two judged categories in the cold brew competition (Best Plain Cold Brew & Best Cold Brew Specialty/Wildcard Drink) as well as People's Choice.

Signing up with this form means your business will be considered for participation depending on available space and event planning needs, and all registrations submitted before August 14th will receive a confirmation, followed by full event details and vendor map via email by August 18th. Though this form is considered a registration for the event, be aware of the possibility that some vendors may not be guaranteed participation due to vendor operational needs, space constraints, etc. Any vendors denied participation by Event Staff after completing registration will receive notice in writing and a refund of any deposit paid.

Participating businesses should be prepared to work within a 10' x 10' booth space (with their own tent/canopy, tables, and equipment- electricity can be supplied by festival staff with prior request as available). Businesses and their staff/employees must also be prepared to abide by any public health or safety policies enacted by the state or local governments or Lexington Farmers Market at the time of the event. In 2025, over 1,500 flights were sold and CBCF vendors served on average 600+ flight servings each (plus additional full-sized drinks), so vendors should be prepared for a high volume of customers.

VENDOR NOTE: Due to state food safety policies, CBCF Staff have been informed by local authorities that all vendors will be required to purchase and possess a valid Temporary Food Service Vendor Permit from the Lexington-Fayette Co. Health Dept. (LFCHD) for the Cold Brew Coffee Festival and will be required to have a handwashing and 3-compartment dishwashing setup onsite (CBCF staff will provide supplies for this if needed, but vendors are encouraged to bring their own supplies if possible). This applies both to vendors preparing beverages onsite as well as those pre-mixing items in an inspected kitchen, though vendors who are attending the Festival using a licensed Mobile Food Unit may be able to use the alternate Mobile Food Unit:One-Time Event Permit. Please follow the links below to review information about permit requirements and to submit the application, or contact the LFCHD directly to obtain or confirm your permit:

We look forward to working with many local coffee shops and roasters again this year, and are excited for another great event!

NOTE: Only applications from coffee shops and coffee roasters will be accepted. As a small, coffee-focused food event managed by the Lexington Farmers' Market, we are not accepting any applications from craft, art, or other concessions vendors.
