This winter, Mount Eliza Soccer Club is proud to offer a unique football development experience inspired by training concepts and learning structures observed within some of Europe's most respected football academies, including AC Milan and Atlético Madrid.
Unlike previous holiday programs, this camp has been designed as a genuine football learning experience, exposing players to academy-style coaching methods rarely delivered through traditional holiday programs in Australia.
Throughout the day, players will rotate through a series of 8–10 structured football development stations, with each station focusing on a specific technical skill, football concept, or game-related challenge. The program is designed to maximise learning, engagement and repetition while helping players build confidence, creativity and a deeper understanding of the game.
Players will experience:
• Academy-style training rotations
• Ball mastery and technical development
• First touch, passing and finishing challenges
• Decision-making and game awareness activities
• Individual skill development
• Small-sided games and competitive football challenges
• Professional coaching led by Technical Director Kerry Recchia
More importantly, players will leave with new skills, new challenges and a greater understanding of how football is taught within professional development environments around the world.
In one day, players will be exposed to more individual technical coaching topics than they would typically experience during several weeks of regular team training.
Every player will also receive a European Academy Challenge Card featuring individual football challenges and skill targets to continue working on after the camp.
