First come, first serve. All Vendors will be in the main breeze way (Walk-Way on map below) between the stall barn and the arena (all under the same roof). No spot really has less exposure as every exhibitor travels through the breeze way several times a day and there is parking on both ends. Additionally, the office and ribbon area is at the center of the breeze way.

Select YES to "Electricity Needed" if you need power and we will do our best to place you near power but, please be prepared by bringing an extension cord or a power bank. Spots near power are very limited.

You can get your vendor spot for free if you donate ~300 items for the exhibitor bags. Donations may NOT consist of ONLY brochures/business cards. Coupons to your business do count as acceptible donations! 

NOTE: Donations MUST be dropped off no later than 8am Tuesday morning Sept. 29th. (we will be onsite starting 8am Monday morning)
