I agree to TERMS & CONDITIONS* This field is required.HANCOCK HORSEMANSHIP CLINIC TERMS & CONDITIONS BOOKING & PAYMENT All clinic bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure a place in the clinic. A booking is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been received. CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANTS All payments are non-refundable. If a participant is unable to attend a clinic, they may: • Transfer their booking to another rider, subject to approval by Hancock Horsemanship; or • Receive a clinic credit for the amount paid, provided sufficient notice is given and the participant contacts Hancock Horsemanship before the clinic commencement date. Clinic credits are valid for 12 months from the original clinic date and may be used towards any future Hancock Horsemanship clinic, subject to availability. Failure to attend a clinic without prior notice will result in forfeiture of all monies paid. CANCELLATION BY HANCOCK HORSEMANSHIP Hancock Horsemanship reserves the right to cancel, postpone, relocate, or modify a clinic due to weather conditions, venue issues, insufficient participant numbers, illness, emergency circumstances, or any other unforeseen event. If Hancock Horsemanship cancels a clinic, participants will be offered either: • A transfer to a future clinic; • A clinic credit; or • A full refund of monies paid. HORSE & RIDER RESPONSIBILITY Participants acknowledge that horse-related activities carry inherent risks. Riders are responsible for ensuring they and their horse are physically fit and suitably prepared to participate. Participants agree to follow all instructions provided by the clinician, staff, and venue representatives. Hancock Horsemanship reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate without refund. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA Participants acknowledge that photographs and video may be taken during clinics and may be used by Hancock Horsemanship for promotional, educational, website, and social media purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event. AGREEMENT By submitting this booking form, the participant confirms they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
