Reiki Level One is the first step on your Reiki journey...

During this intimate one-day Reiki Level 1 training course, you will be introduced to the history and principles of Reiki, learn how to work with energy safely and confidently, and receive your Reiki Level 1 Attunement.

No previous experience is required.

To ensure a supportive and personalised experience, training is delivered in small groups of no more than four students, allowing plenty of time for questions, discussion and practical Reiki practice throughout the day.

Your training includes:

• Full day Reiki Level One training
• Reiki Level 1 Attunment
• Comprehensive training manual
• Reiki Level One Certificate
• Practical Reiki exercises and hands-on practice
• Grounding, protection and energy awareness techniques

Bookings & Cancellation Policy

• A £50 deposit is required to reserve your place and is non-refundable.
• If you choose a payment plan, the remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before your training date.
• If you have paid in full and cancel more than 14 days before the course date, a refund will be issued less the non-refundable £50 deposit.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the course date are non-refundable. However, where possible, your booking may be transferred to a future training date.
