Conflicts Please enter the date of all rehearsals for which the auditionner has a conflict. No conflicts are allowed for tech week or shows. Only conflicts noted below will be considered excused conflicts. If there are no conflicts, leave boxes unchecked and check the first box indicating that you have NO CONFLICTS. Once casting is complete, the only additional conflicts that will be excused are for graded school activities, family emergencies, and illness. Unexcused conflicts can result in cast members being cut from scenes. More than 2 unexcused conflicts may result in a cast member being cut from the show with no refund. If no conflicts, answer NO CONFLICTS.

PARENT VOLUNTEER SECTION

Our shows can only happen with the help of our parent volunteers. We ask that each family participating in a production contribute 25 volunteer hours prior to show week. Then 1 adult volunteer (or teen 15+) needs to be present all of show week and weekend to help as needed. If you cannot volunteer, you may opt out of this requirement by paying double the production registration fee. If so, please select that option when you get to the payment section.
