Each club and participant must be in good standing with USAY&HS Rugby, and all governing bodies for the 2025-2026 season. This includes having an active status in Rugby Xplorer both as a player and a paid Club Fee status.
All players must be registered and current with their club, all coaches must be certified coaches in RX with all required Coaches certifications – we will be validating rosters and coaches in RX prior to the event.
Team Rosters will have to be submitted through RX for validation no later than July 4, 2026.
Make sure your form is complete and all required fields have been filled in BEFORE you click the submit button. This will help us keep your team updated. Your team isn't guaranteed a spot until the completed form AND payment have been received.
