2026 Arabian Horse Association's Judges In-Person Seminar

• The Arabian Horse Association Judges Seminar will be held Thursday-Friday, December 3-4, 2026 in Phoenix, AZ. National/Regional interviews will be scheduled over the same dates with some possibly scheduled for the evening of December 2nd and the morning of December 5th.

  • Note - even though the Seminar is held in the calendar year 2026, attendance at this Seminar fulfills the USEF 2027 continuing education requirement for Arabian judges. The 2026 USEF calendar year begins December 1, 2026.

  • Portions of the Seminar will be online and available prior at the registration deadline date. These online sessions are to be completed prior to in-person attendance. If the courses are not completed by the end of the Seminar, the attendee will not receive continuing education credit for the Seminar.

• Registration fee: $350 (non-refundable).  Deadline to register: November 10th.  A $50 late fee will be applied to registrations received after the deadline. New N/R applications have an additional $50 registration fee.

• Refund policy:  full refund, minus any credit card processing charges, if the applicant cancels on or before December 4th.  No refund after December 4th.

• Location:  Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix-Scottsdale, 4415 E. Paradise Village Parkway South, Phoenix, AZ  85032.  602-765-5800    Participants are responsible for making their own hotel accommodation, including reservations and payment.  Cut-off date for the AHA $179 room rate is November 1st.  Please use this link to reserve a room at the Embassy Suites. 

• Seminar sign-in will be each day from 7:30 – 8:00 a.m.  Lunch will be provided each day.  Classroom sessions will be from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Friday.  Please make your travel plans accordingly.

The foregoing application constitutes an agreement that I, the applicant, whose signature appears hereon, am subject to and shall be bound by the Constitution, Bylaws, Resolutions and Rules and Regulations of the Arabian Horse Association (AHA); that I shall accept as final the decisions of the Education/Evaluation Commission and Judges & Stewards Commissioner with respect to this application and profile; and, that I shall hold AHA, its officers, agents, directors, employees, including the Judges & Stewards Commissioner, harmless from all liability in connection with any action taken with respect to this application and profile. I further agree that the construction and application of the Constitution, By-laws, Resolutions and Rules and Regulations of AHA and this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado; and, that any suit brought against AHA by the undersigned shall be brought only in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado or in the District Court in and for the County of Arapahoe, State of Colorado.

By signing this application, I agree that the confidentiality of all evaluations and submissions regarding my application shall be maintained under Resolution 5-90 and I hereby waive and release any right to examine my file except as may be provided by Resolution 5-90. I agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the AHA, the Education/Evaluation Commission, the Judges & Stewards Commissioner, and any of their officers, agents, directors or employees, as well as AHA judges, stewards and members, from any and all claims, including claims for negligence, regarding this application and any action taken regarding it. I have read and understood Resolution 5-90, the Requirements for Approval & Classification of AHA Recognized Arabian Judges, the AHA Handbook, and agree to be bound by them.

By signing this application and profile, I further agree that I will voluntarily and fully cooperate with the Judges & Stewards Commissioner, including any person working for or on behalf of the Commissioner, in the course of any investigation conducted by the Commissioner. I agree that the granting, renewal, and/or continuation of my license is conditioned upon my full and complete cooperation in any such investigation, including, but not limited to, providing true and complete information to the Commissioner, whether orally or in writing, and making available to the Commissioner all documents, records, writing or other things of any kind or nature which are in my possession or to which I have access, which the Commissioner determines are related in any way to the investigation. I agree that my failure to cooperate in any such investigation will result in my removal from the AHA Recognized Arabian Judges List.
