Our A2 milk is free of the A1 beta-casein so it will not cause the bad reaction that may come with consuming conventional milk products.

Looking for a High Protein Yogurt?
Traditionally, Quark is a soft, spreadable cheese. We’ve combined the knowledge we’ve gained over the years making cheese with our more recent dabbling in yogurt to make a hybrid version. The result is a thick High Protein A2 Yogurt that has notes of cream cheese flavor and a sprinkle of salt. It’s higher in protein and lower in carbs than its dairy relatives.
This product can be used for dips, cake toppings, as a substitute for cream cheese, or even a replacement of mayonnaise and heavy cream!

Our medium Gouda is aged for 13 to 25 weeks. It develops a caramel sweetness and has a slight crunchiness. It also starts to darken in color. (If this item is unavailable funds will be returned)
Release and renewal is the intention infused into this blend. A soft, aromatic herbal blend with gentle floral notes of chamomile and rose, brightened by lemon balm and orange peel. Rose hips add a subtle fruity tartness, while rosemary brings an earthy herbal depth. A delicate touch of cinnamon finishes the cup with a warm, comforting spice.
