ALL-STAR APPAREL ORDER FORM

PLEASE SELECT YOUR DIVISION
The Official T-shirt design of this year's All-Stars is shown above, the front of the shirts will all be the same. the back of the shirts will have the roster specified to the division selection. Due date of orders is June 21st at 5:00PM to ensure they will be ready on June 25th. All orders will be given to your head coach to distribute. Also $7 per shirt will be donated back to the league to help offset the cost of the tournament to the league.
