The REV’D UP for Autism Car Show & Resource Fair, presented by Pawsitive Friendships, will occur at ALA Applied Technologies, 7729 E Pecos Rd in Mesa on Saturday, December 5th, 2026. The event will be held from 10 AM to 3 PM. Vendors can begin setting up at 7 AM. Your business will be assigned a 10x10 location for setup. Electricity is not provided. Vendors will need to bring all their setup materials, including tables, tents, and other necessary items.

The resource fair is information only. NO SALES are allowed. Due to event permit restrictions, no on-site sales are allowed. You may direct them to your website. If you are a 501(c)3, you are not permitted to solicit donations.

The booth fee for a 10x10 space is $250 per business and $200 per 501(c)3 organization. All proceeds will go to Pawsitive Friendships 501(c)3, who provide Pet Therapy to individuals with special needs. The booth fee is non-refundable. Please check your calendar before completing the payment. You will be sent an invoice after submitting your application.

Vendors are expected to be set up by 9:00 AM and can not leave until 3 PM. Vehicles must be out of the main parking lot by 8:30 AM, with no exceptions. 

Vendor location assignments, detailed map, and set-up instructions will be sent out one week before the event. If you have any special requests, please email us at CarShow@PawsitiveFriendships.org by Friday, November 13th, 2026.

I understand that I MUST be at my assigned location with my vehicle in "vendor parking” NO LATER than 8:30 AM. Any exhibitor who arrives after 8:30 AM must park in "vendor parking” and haul all supplies to their assigned area. It is critical that your arrival and unloading be done promptly. Booths do not have to be set up by 8:30 AM, but vehicles MUST be outside the show area.

Booth requirements. All tents MUST be weighted down per the City of Mesa code. During a Fire Marshal inspection, if your tent is not properly secured, you may be asked to leave (no refunds will be issued). Any damage caused by the lack of unsecured tents, tables, signs, Pawsitive Friendships, or the contracted venue is not the responsibility of the contracted venue.

The event will be held rain or shine. NO REFUNDS. Please check your calendar before submitting payment. Vendors are responsible for their personal property and are responsible for maintaining compliance with the codes and regulations of the City of Mesa. All vendors assume complete liability and hereby release and discharge the contracted venue, Pawsitive Friendships, and Pawsitive Friendships' staff, volunteers, and Board of Directors from any known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, or claims that may occur during this event. Each vendor must clean up their area at the end of the event. If a vendor does not clean their assigned area,  they will not be permitted to attend future events.
