Registration & Payment
Full payment is required to secure your child's place. Registrations are confirmed only once payment has been received.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the camp start date will receive a full refund.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 14 days of the camp start date.
If Mazenod FC cancels the camp, a full refund will be issued.
Attendance
Parents are responsible for ensuring their child arrives and is collected on time. Children registered for the 3-Day Package must attend only the days selected during registration.
Medical Information
Parents must disclose any medical conditions, allergies or food intolerances. In the event of illness or injury, Mazenod FC staff may seek appropriate medical assistance if required.
Photography & Media
Photos and videos may be taken during the camp and used by Mazenod FC for promotional purposes. Parents who do not wish their child to appear in photos or videos must notify the club in writing before the camp begins.
Weather Policy
The camp will proceed in most weather conditions. Mazenod FC reserves the right to modify or cancel sessions in the event of extreme weather or unsafe conditions.
Liability
While reasonable care will be taken to ensure the safety of all participants, Mazenod FC accepts no responsibility for personal injury, loss or damage to personal belongings.
Behaviour
All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff and fellow players. Mazenod FC reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is considered unsafe or inappropriate.
