What Athletes will Experience
The camp will consist of a two day training/hoops session event lead by Wayne Grant.
Day 1, will be a two hour session of a H.I.I.T (high intensity interval training) based/Circuit Style Training workout to build athletes from the ground up. Explosive movements , lots of reps and an overload of positive energy will all be present so sign up with the intention to seek your best possible performance.
Day 2, is where the fun begins. Consisting of a 30 minute Circuit Style Training followed by an hour and a half of COMPETITIVE PLAY ranging from Master Of The Court games to Full Court 5 vs. 5 games giving proper numbers.
