  • Financial Terms Agreement

  • By checking the box below, I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, agree to the following financial terms for participation in programs offered by Gloria Jean’s Studio II:

    • I understand that I am financially responsible for all associated costs, including but not limited to: tuition, costume fees, recital fees, competition entry fees, fundraising obligations, and other related expenses as outlined at the time of registration or as communicated by the studio throughout the year.
    • I acknowledge that payments must be made by their stated due dates. In the event that a payment is not made on time, I agree to a 3% late fee per month and accept full responsibility for any additional costs incurred in the collection of overdue balances, including legal fees and court costs if necessary.
    • I understand that failure to meet financial obligations by the end of the dance season may result in removal from classes, withholding of costumes or performance participation, and/or legal action.
    • I further agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gloria Jean’s Studio II, its owners, instructors, and staff from any and all liability, claims, or damages, including attorney fees, arising from participation in studio services, activities, or use of facilities.

    By submitting this registration, I acknowledge and accept these terms in full.

  • Attendance & Withdrawal Policy

  • I understand that consistent attendance is important for my child’s progress and class experience. If I choose to withdraw from classes, I agree to notify the studio via email. I understand that I am responsible for tuition up to the date of withdrawal, and that tuition is not necessarily prorated for missed classes.

  • Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

  • I understand that participation in dance classes and physical activity involves some level of risk, including but not limited to the risk of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release, waive, and discharge Gloria Jean’s Studio II, its staff, and instructors from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising from injury or damage incurred while participating in classes, events, or while on studio premises.

  • Mommy & Me Registration

  • Mommy & Me classes are Saturday mornings 9:30am-10:00am. A parent/guardian is required to attend the class with the student every week.

    Classes are $65 per month (or $17 per class, if necessary). The Mommy & Me program does not participate in recital, so costumes will not need to be purchased.

    Please take a look at our tuition model before choosing which classes to register your dancer for. Tuition for each dancer will be based off of how many Core (Ballet, Tap, Jazz) and Extracurricular/Specialty (Hip Hop, Contemporary) classes they are signed up for.

    Below is a breakdown of our class offerings for the 2026-2027 Season by day/time. Kindly note that these are the currently planned times, however they are subject to change.

  • Class Sign-Ups

    Please choose which classes you would like to sign this dancer up for; for each day, you can choose multiple classes. Kindly note that we reserve the right to move your child up or down an age group depending on their age/level from previous years. You will receive a finalized schedule in August, along with a tuition breakdown.
