2026 Mountain Fair Men's Wood Splitting

What: You think you got what it takes to be the ultimate Mountain Fair woodsplitter? Costumes are encouraged! All entrants must wear safety shoes. Steel-toed protectors are available at the competition.

Where: The Open Space in Sopris Park

When: The men's competition is at 4:15pm on Sunday and is followed by a benefit auction for the chopped wood.

How to sign up: Sign up via this form! Online pre-registration closes Friday July 24 at noon. After that, please sign up at the Info Booth located by the Main Stage in Sopris Park. Some spots will be saved for in-person sign ups.
