    DONATION 籌款

    Outward Bound Multi Race 2026 aims to raise funds for the Outward Bound Hong Kong (OBHK). All participating teams are required to raise a minimum amount of funds according to their respective categories, which will be used to support underpriviledged individuals to attend the Outward Bound training course.
    是次比賽目的將為香港外展訓練學校籌募經費。所有參賽隊伍須根據所屬組別籌募最低籌款金額，有關款項將用以資助有需要人士參加外展訓練課程。

    All participating teams must submit the minimum required donation on or before 2 Oct 2026. The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any team that fails to meet this requirement.
    所有參賽隊伍須於2026年10月2日或之前繳交最低籌款額，否則大會有權取消其參賽資格。

    To encourage active fundraising, the donation platform will remain open until 27 Nov 2026. We hope to raise more funds to empower young people for the future. Tax-deductible receipts will be issued for donations of HK$100 or above. 
    為鼓勵大家能夠積極籌款，籌款平台將開放至2026年11月27日，希望藉此籌得更多款項，裝備更多青年未來。凡捐款港幣一百元或以上，均可獲發可作稅務扣減之收據。

    • 1. Disclaimer/Indemnity 參加者聲明及保證

      I/We, the undersigned, wish to enter a team for the “Outward Bound Multi Race 2026”. We jointly and severally confirm and agree that we shall comply with all relevant rules and regulations and other ad hoc arrangements/decisions made by the Organiser; take part in this event entirely at my/our own risks and that I/we will not hold OBHK, or any sponsors/supporting organisations, responsible for any accident of whatever kind, resulting in death or injury, or for any damage to or loss or destruction of personal properties during the course of the event. I/We also agree to indemnify or reimburse the Organiser in respect of any additional expenses or costs incurred by the Organiser arising from or in connection with my/our participation in the event.

      I grant permission to the organiser or its agents to use any photographs or any other record of the event for any lawful purpose.

    • 2. Undertaking to Raise Funds 籌款保證

      I/We, the undersigned, hereby jointly and severally undertake that all funds raised, whether directly or indirectly, through my/our participation in the Outward Bound Multi Race 2026 will be submitted in full to OBHK. This event is a fundraising initiative in support of OBHK’s mission to empower young people through experiential learning. I/We acknowledge that if the minimum required donation for our team is not submitted on or before 2 Oct 2026, OBHK reserves the right to disqualify our team from participation in the event.

    • 3. Privacy Policy and Personal Data Collection Statement 私隱政策及收集個人資料聲明

      Your personal data will be used for the enrolment procedures and issuing receipts relating to this event. OBHK seeks your consent to use your personal information for future communications regarding organisational updates, course information, and fundraising events.

    • 你的個人資料只限於這次活動的申請手續及發出捐款收據之用。香港外展訓練學校希望獲得閣下同意，以使用閣下的個人資料作日後發放機構資訊、課程推廣及籌款活動之聯絡用途。*
