• This is an adults-only event in accordance with guidelines.
• Attire: Formal Indian or Western preferred, Black tie optional
• Exhibitor setup times: Friday, July 31, 4:30–9:00 PM, and Saturday, August 1, 7:30–8:30 AM.
• All sessions will start promptly at their scheduled times.
• Please refer to the agenda for session timings.
• Visit gapi.org to become a member.
• Registration is free for Medical students, Resident Physicians, and YPPI members.
• Please bring a screenshot of your confirmation email to expedite registration.

Souvenir Sponsors do not need to pay additional registration fees for self and spouse as registration fees for two is included 

Lifetime members of GAPI and AAPI are still required to pay the registration fee.

If your spouse or guest will be attending, a separate registration fee applies for them — please select the GAPI Member and Spouse option
