Music License for Cheerleading
Welcome to AllTrack’s self-serve music licensing portal. This license applies to organizations (e.g. teams, squads, programs, etc.) that host Cheerleading Events where the number of Attendees (spectators) of each Event is measurable. Under the United States Copyright Act, organizations are required to properly license the right to publicly perform recorded music (streaming, background, TVs, digital files, CDs, etc.) and/or host live musical performances (bands, singers, DJs, karaoke, etc.). AllTrack issues blanket public performance licenses to organizations to comply with these requirements and distributes the related proceeds to its affiliated songwriters, composers, producers and music publishers as royalties.

Please complete the form below to secure an annual music license for your organization. This license permits your organization to publicly perform AllTrack-represented music in unlimited frequency at Cheerleading Events that you host, as well as practices and rehearsals. An Attendee is a person admitted to a Cheerleading Event occurring during the course of a day, whether such admission was paid or free of charge. The number of Attendees should be calculated based on the number of tickets issued, or if tickets were not issued, other reasonable form of measurement.
