Music License for Competitive Events
Welcome to AllTrack’s self-serve music licensing portal. This license applies to organizations (e.g. leagues, teams, programs, etc.) that participate in Competitive Events where the number of event Attendees (spectators) is measurable. It is not intended for major professional sports leagues or teams (e.g. NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, NHL, etc.) or racing events (e.g. automobile races, marathons, 10K’s, etc.). If you require a license for one of these excluded categories, please contact us.

Under the United States Copyright Act, organizations are required to properly license the right to publicly perform recorded music (streaming, background, TVs, digital files, CDs, etc.) and/or host live musical performances (bands, singers, DJs, karaoke, etc.). AllTrack issues blanket public performance licenses to organizations to comply with these requirements and distributes the related proceeds to its affiliated songwriters, composers, producers and music publishers as royalties.
