Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations will be accepted until a week (7 days) before the event. Appropriately timed Cancellations can be refunded minus the ADMIN FEE and PROCESSING FEES. The ADMIN FEE and PROCESSING fees are non-refundable regardless of cause.

If you need to cancel within 7 days due to horse injury, or personal injury, a vet, farrier, or doctor's note is required.
