I understand that this may include, but is not limited to, obtaining reports on my credit history, criminal background, employment verification, eviction records, rental history, financial institutions and references from past landlords and employers. I hereby release all parties and persons from any and all liability for damages that may result from furnishing said information. This authorization is valid for this application or any future updates, renewals, or extensions thereof. I release [Michelle Rose Property Solutions and its screening agencies from any liability or damage resulting from the lawful use of this information."
