Your family must be registered parishioners of St. William the Abbot before you can enroll in our Faith Formation programs. To register as a parishioner, you must fill out the form found here.

Please note that just because you have received your sacraments here in the past, it does not automatically make you a registered parishioner.

Families who are new to our program MUST register in-person by visiting The Abbey during the following time slots:

Sunday, June 28th: After the 9am, 10:30am, and 12n Masses

Mass Attendance
Mass Attendance: All Faith Formation students (Levels 1-8) are required to attend Weekend & Holy Day of Obligation Masses between September and June and check-in using the QR code found at the end of each Mass. Failure to attend at least 75% of Masses will result in my child receiving an incomplete for the year and will be unable to progress to the next grade level or receive sacraments.

The success of our program is dependent on the faithful and dedicated volunteers of St. William the Abbot. Please consider joining our team as a volunteer. (A tuition rebate will be issued to all volunteers in January.) Please let us know if you would be interested in volunteering for our Faith Formation Program:
Photo Release: St. William the Abbot may take photos/videos that include my child to be used in parish publications and social media.
Child Lures Program: My child will receive child safety videos each year through the Child Protection Program.
Spring Sacraments: Dates/times for Confirmation and First Holy Communion will be assigned and distributed sometime after Christmas break.
Handbook

A handbook outlining code of conduct, attendance, and general policies will be distributed prior to the start of classes.

Children in Level 2 and Level 8 must also pay sacramental fees. You can add them to be paid in full now, or we will invoice you on December 1st.

Payment Plan

Requires a $35 per child deposit followed by 3 payments due on December 1st, February 1st, and April 1st. You will receive a separate email prior to 12/1 with payment instructions. If you have not paid the sacramental fees for children in Levels 2 and 8, it/they will be included in each installment of your payment plan. (If choosing this option, please do not check any other payment boxes.)
