Welcome to the WPCS Official Sale Online Entry Form
Entries and payment can only be submitted using this online form.

Vendors are encouraged to enter early. Entries close at 12:00 noon on Friday 28 August 2026. This deadline will be strictly enforced.

Before you start, please ensure:
- WPCS members have their membership number to hand (found on your membership card).
- Entries are open to members and non-members, however all stock must have a WPCS passport and it must be registered in the name of the person selling the animal.
- Any animal entered as a gelding has been officially recorded and stamped as a gelding by the WPCS before the sale.
- Animals over 18 years of age are not eligible for the Official Sales.
- You may enter up to 10 animals per form. If you wish to enter more than 10, please submit an additional entry form.
- Foals must be at least four months old on the day of sale.
- Foal registrations must have been received by the WPCS by 28th August 2026 for any foal whose dams are requiring DNA or 18th September 2026 for any foal whose dam does not require DNA.
- Pedigree details will be completed by the WPCS.
- Please provide an accurate catalogue description for each animal. Any changes or additional information must be declared on the day of sale and announced in the ring by the Auctioneer.
- Reserves will be taken on the day of the sale only.

IMPORTANT SALE INFORMATION - Please Read Before Entering

The following is a summary of some of the key Conditions of Sale. It does not replace the full Conditions of Sale, which should be read by all Vendors.

ENTRIES
- By entering a Lot, the Vendor undertakes to present that Lot for Sale.
- Entry fees are non-refundable except where withdrawal is supported by veterinary evidence submitted prior to the Sale, in which case a refund will be issued less an administration fee.
WITHDRAWN LOTS
- Once the catalogue has been published, Lots may only be withdrawn with the prior consent of the Auctioneers (withdrawal fees may apply).
PRIVATE SALES
- Lots entered in the catalogue must not be sold privately before the auction. Full commission will be payable on any Lot sold privately within 14 days of the Sale.
- The Auctioneers may liaise with the Welsh Pony & Cob Society to verify ownership transfers and potential private sales.
- Vendors who breach these Conditions may be refused future entries.
SALE FORMAT 2026

Please note that on both Saturday and Sunday the sale will be conducted in blocks of Section A entries, followed by Section B entries, with Sections C and D sold in a mixed catalogue thereafter. Part breds will be sold within each relevant section across both days.

All entries required to be sold under saddle will be offered on Saturday only.

The Auctioneers reserve the right to amend the running order if necessary to facilitate the efficient conduct of the sale.
