Schedule of Events:

8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. - Early Check-In/Breakfast (Champions Room)

9:00 a.m. - 10:15 a.m. - Business Update (Champions Room)

10:30 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. - Lunch pickup and golf warm up/ready to play

10:45 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. - Carts, Announcement and shot gun start

11:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. - Golfing

4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. - Dinner and Awards (Tournament Pavilion)
Proper golf attire is required. Acceptable attire includes collared shirts, slacks, golf shorts, or skirts that are mid-thigh length or longer. All clothing should be neat and in good condition. Tank tops, cutoffs, gym shorts, swimwear, and similar attire are not permitted.

To help maintain a welcoming environment for all participants, please avoid clothing, hats, or accessories displaying political messages, politician names, campaign slogans, or other potentially divisive content.

Please note that there is limited shade available on the course. We encourage participants to bring hats, cooling towels, sunscreen, and other items needed to stay comfortable throughout the day. Also note that St. Louis weather is unpredictable so please check the weather. The event is rain or shine.

To help streamline the registration and donation process, this year’s event will be completely cashless. All payments and donations will be processed using portable Square devices that accept credit cards, debit cards, and contactless payment methods.

Note: Golf club rental pricing set by the course. Golf club is a Callaway set that includes a bag of tees and one sleeve of golf balls.
