Annual membership dues are $75 per member for the first three (3) members from a facility. Once three memberships have been purchased, all additional employees from the same facility may join at no additional cost for the remainder of the membership year.
Annual membership dues are $100 per associate member, with a maximum annual cost of $400 per organization. Once four memberships have been purchased, up to six (6) staff members may be included under the membership at no additional cost.
