Conference Registration, Cancellation, Refund & Liability Policy
By registering for this conference, each attendee acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Registration Fees
All conference registration fees are final. Registration constitutes a binding commitment to attend the event and secures resources, venue accommodations, materials, and staffing that cannot be recovered.
No Refund Policy
All registration fees are non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
Cancellation by the attendee
Failure to attend (no-show)
Scheduling conflicts
Travel delays or cancellations
Illness or injury
Personal or business emergencies
Inclement weather
Changes in employment or organizational funding
Any other unforeseen circumstances
Registration Transfers
If an attendee is unable to attend, registration may be transferred to another individual from the same organization upon written request received no later than 10 business days prior to the conference. Transfer requests are subject to approval by the conference organizers. No transfers will be accepted after this deadline.
Event Changes
The conference organizers reserve the right to modify the conference schedule, speakers, venue, educational sessions, or program content at any time without prior notice. Such modifications shall not entitle attendees to a refund or reduction in registration fees.
Force Majeure
The conference organizers shall not be liable or responsible for any delay, cancellation, interruption, or modification of the conference resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemic, epidemic, public health emergencies, governmental actions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, utility failures, transportation disruptions, venue closures, or any other force majeure event.
In the event the conference is postponed, rescheduled, converted to a virtual format, or canceled due to a force majeure event, the organizers reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to:
Transfer registrations to the rescheduled event;
Apply registration fees as a credit toward a future conference; or
Provide a refund in whole or in part, if deemed appropriate.
Except as expressly provided above, attendees shall have no claim for additional compensation, reimbursement, or damages.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the conference organizers, sponsors, partners, venue, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, travel expenses, lodging expenses, business interruption, or other costs arising from or related to conference attendance, cancellation, postponement, or modification.
Attendees are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate travel insurance or trip cancellation insurance, if desired.
Assumption of Risk
Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the conference, including travel to and from the event, and agree to comply with all venue policies, safety requirements, and applicable laws.
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a conference registration, attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Registration, Cancellation, Refund, and Liability Policy.
