2026 Summit Registration

The 2026 Ohio River Way Summit will convene roughly 200 stakeholders from local governments, industry, and nonprofit organizations to celebrate shared successes and discuss future opportunities to grow recreation-based economies along the Ohio River.

The Ohio River Way Summit is excited to welcome a wide range of attendees from across the region. Our "pay-what-you-can" tickets are intended to ensure the summit is accessible to everyone. Tier 1 tickets are pre-selected, but feel free to change your selection.

Tier 1 tickets—full price—are available throughout the summit.
Tier 2 tickets—partially reduced rate—are available until Mon., Sept. 21.
Tier 3 tickets—our most reduced rate—are available until Mon., Aug. 31.

All tickets include dinner on Wed., Sept. 30, lunch and an evening reception on Thur., Oct. 1, and lunch on Fri., Oct. 2.

If you are able, we invite you to pay the estimated full cost of the summit per person including our meeting space, AV, meals, summit materials, and staff time. Your support is greatly appreciated.
