    Our Support Staff and Alumni volunteers play a vital role in creating a safe, fun, and meaningful camp experience for our campers. Whether you're helping for a day or staying for the full session, your time, energy, and commitment make Camp Harmony possible.

    Please note:

    • All Support Staff, Unit Heads, and Volunteers must complete this application and pass a background check before participating at camp.

    • Please indicate the exact dates and times you will be available, and whether you will be staying overnight.

    • Volunteers are welcome to participate for the day or stay overnight.

  • I understand and consent to a background check being conducted as part of my application to volunteer at Camp Harmony. I understand that if I do not consent to a background check, I forfeit my application to Camp Harmony and will not be joining the team for Summer Camp 2026.

  • Media Release & Liability Waiver

  • United in Harmony / Camp Harmony may photograph, film, or record volunteers during camp activities. These images and videos may be used in social media, newsletters, the website, fundraising materials, and other camp communications.

    I consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded at Camp Harmony and to the use of my image/likeness in United in Harmony and Camp Harmony materials.

    I will be acting as a volunteer at Camp Harmony during August 13th- August 18th, 2026.  I agree that to the fullest extent permissible under law, I will waive any and all claims, injuries, or damages against United in Harmony/Camp Harmony regardless of the cause that may arise during that or any other time resulting from my activities at Camp Harmony.  I agree further that these activities carry with them certain additional risks, that I am aware of these risks and that I assume them on my behalf.

  • Volunteer Contributions


    To help offset the costs of meals, lodging, and facilities, we invite volunteers to make a suggested donation based on the length of their stay. These contributions help support camp and ensure we can continue providing meaningful programs for our campers.

    Day Volunteers (no overnight stay)- $35 per day to help cover the cost of three meals.

    Overnight Volunteers
    $150 for the first night (including room and board) and $95 for each additional night.

    We want everyone who wishes to volunteer to be able to participate. If this contribution presents a financial hardship, please contact us. No one will be turned away due to an inability to contribute.
