Thank you for your interest in serving in an upcoming Marksman Bootcamp as a SWAT leader.
While we value your desire to lead, it is important for you to understand that part of your role as a SWAT leader is to personally invite men to the journey you have chosen for yourself.
In other words, you should not have the expectation to lead based on title alone, but based on your actions of inviting men to join you in the bootcamp.
The Apostle Paul said, "Follow me as I follow Christ." We challenge all SWAT leaders to have the same mentality by inviting other men to the journey of pursuing the rich and satisfying life.
If you have not invited any other men to join this Marksman Bootcamp in which you desire to lead, take a few minutes to think through what men you know whom you can invite to your bootcamp before you move forward with your registration.
A successful SWAT leader is a man who is not only following after Jesus, but also has at least one man who is joining him in the bootcamp in which he is leading as SWAT.
If you cannot think of any man whom you can invite to this bootcamp, we suggest you reconsider leading as a SWAT leader for this particular bootcamp and revisit the idea of leadership when you have men whom you are ready to lead and are willing to invite to this journey.
