Consultation Request
This agreement confirms your request to participate in a Black Love Matters Experiences Strategy Consultation.

Black Love Matters Experiences specializes in weddings, proposals, engagement celebrations, anniversaries, birthdays, Valentine's Day experiences, private gatherings, milestone events, and creative direction services rooted in love, connection, culture, and community.

Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance as a planning client. Black Love Matters Experiences intentionally accepts a limited number of clients to ensure each experience receives the attention, creativity, and support it deserves.

Strategy Consultation
All prospective clients begin with a private 30-minute Strategy Consultation.

During this consultation, we will discuss your vision, event goals, budget, planning needs, timeline, and overall expectations to determine whether Black Love Matters Experiences is the right fit for your celebration.

The consultation is intended for planning evaluation, strategy, and discovery purposes. It does not constitute a planning agreement or guarantee future services.

Consultation Investment
A non-refundable Strategy Consultation Investment of $97 is required to confirm your consultation appointment.

Should you choose to move forward with planning services through Black Love Matters Experiences, the full $97 consultation investment will be credited toward your planning package.

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been scheduled.

Custom planning packages will be provided following the consultation based on the scope of services requested.

Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information regarding budgets, event timelines, guest counts, and planning expectations.

Clients understand that planning recommendations are based on information provided during the consultation process.

Clients remain responsible for all final decisions regarding vendors, venues, purchases, contracts, and event-related expenditures.

Media & Content Consideration
Black Love Matters Experiences may document select celebrations for storytelling, editorial content, website features, social media, newsletters, marketing materials, and future promotional campaigns.

No photos, videos, interviews, event details, or identifying information will be published without the client's prior review and approval.

Participation in any content feature, interview, promotional campaign, or sponsored partnership is entirely voluntary and will require separate client approval before publication.

Sponsored Opportunities
From time to time, Black Love Matters Experiences may partner with aligned brands, venues, photographers, florists, artists, designers, hotels, restaurants, and sponsors.

Should sponsored opportunities become available that may enhance a client's celebration, those opportunities may be presented for consideration.

Participation in any sponsored partnership is optional and subject to client approval.

Liability
Black Love Matters Experiences provides planning, coordination, consulting, and creative direction services.

Clients understand that Black Love Matters Experiences is not responsible for the actions, performance, products, services, cancellations, delays, negligence, or contractual obligations of third-party vendors, venues, suppliers, sponsors, or service providers.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and entering into agreements directly with vendors unless otherwise stated in writing.

Dates and services are not reserved until a planning agreement has been signed and all required deposits have been received.

Refunds & Cancellations
Strategy Consultation fees are non-refundable.

Should a client move forward with planning services, cancellation and refund policies will be outlined within the applicable planning agreement.
