This contract serves as an agreement between {companyName} (sponsor) and Park Place Christian Academy (PPCA). This agreement establishes the terms and conditions under which the Sponsor provides financial support in exchange for advertising signage at certain on campus PPCA athletic events held during the 2025 – 2026 school calendar year.  

Sponsorship Benefits: PPCA agrees to display the Sponsor’s logo or advertisement during the 2025 – 2026 athletic season in alignment with the terms of the sponsorship package purchased. Signage will be taken down immediately at the end of the athletic season.  

Payment: Sponsor agrees to provide financial support as indicated in the dollar amount in the package selected.

Termination Clause: This contract will be terminated, with no refund, if any business or individual displayed on signage becomes involved in any activity or practice that is not in line with the mission and values of PPCA, a ministry of Park Place Baptist Church. Any display on campus must not undermine, disparage, or compromise the mission of Park Place which is “to glorify God by making disciples of all nations”. In the event of termination, all sponsor signage or displays will be immediately removed from PPCA property.

Vetting Process: Prior to acceptance of advertisement, partners will be thoroughly vetted to ensure that advertising signage is in line with the mission of Park Place.
