• Proclamation Youth & Community Choir Registration (Christmas 2026)

    This season is open to all youth & adults, ages 5 years and older. Rehearsals for this short 9 week season will begin on Tuesday, October 13th and will continue every Tuesday until the concert on Saturday, December 12th. (Note: There will be no rehearsal the week of Thanksgiving.) Rehearsals will take place on Tuesday evenings at Calvary Baptist in Neosho from 6-8PM. There will be a mandatory dress rehearsal on Friday, December 11th from 6-8PM. Both dress rehearsal & the concert will take place at College Heights Christian Church in Joplin, MO. Payment is not required in order to submit this registration form, but can be made now at the time of registration or at the first rehearsal. Scholarships are also available for anyone in need, so cost should never be a hinderance to joining.   • For those registering participants under the age of 18: As a parent or legal guardian of the named registrant in Proclamation Youth & Community Choir, I hereby give my child permission to participate in the program.*

  • Registration Payment

    Cost of registration is $50 per participant or $250 per family (whichever fee is cheapest, depending on how many participants you are registering). These are non-refundable registration fees. We prefer that you pay these fees now at the time of registration, but if you need to wait until the first rehearsal to pay, that is fine. As always, financial assistance is available for anyone in need, so don't hesitate to reach out to us, if you need help in this area. Cost should never be a hinderance for anyone interested in joining.
