Motorcycle Car Show Registration

All registered motorcycles will receive premium bike parking at the Rally and automatic entry into the People's Choice Motorcycle Show Awards, with opportunities to win great prizes and bragging rights.

Whether your bike is a custom build, vintage classic, chrome-covered showpiece, or your everyday pride and joy, this is your chance to show it off while helping make a difference for local children in need.

Motorcycle Show Rules & Information

• Arrival Time: Check-in and bike staging begins at 4:00 PM. All motorcycles must be in place by 5:00 PM when the Motorcycle Show officially begins.
• Check-In: Please check in at the Motorcycle Show Registration Tent upon arrival.
• Registration: All motorcycles must be pre-registered due to limited space. Entry fee is $40 per motorcycle.
• Show Parking: Registered motorcycles will receive designated premium parking within the show area.
• Show Hours: Motorcycles must remain in the show area for the duration of the Motorcycle Show unless approved by event staff.
• Judging: Awards will be presented in multiple categories and judged by a panel of judges.
• People's Choice Award: The People's Choice winner will be determined by donations collected during the event.
• Safety & Respect: Please keep excessive revving and burnouts to a minimum, respect fellow participants, and do not touch another person's motorcycle without permission.
• Space Limitations: Motorcycle Show spaces are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Disqualification: Failure to register, follow event rules, or comply with staff directions may result in disqualification from the show.
• Refund Policy: Registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by event management.
• Liability Waiver & Media Release: By registering and participating in the Motorcycle Show, participants agree to the event Liability Waiver and Media Release.

Display and Judging:

• Entry number: A number will be issued day of event upon check in and must be clearly displayed on the driver’s side window.
• Vehicle Accessibility: Judges need access to all areas of the vehicle, including
  the interior, trunk, and engine compartment.
• Show Areas: Participant must remain in the show area for the duration of the
  event.
